Queyras Park a territory of freedom
A vast territory of 650 km2 of freedom, where the paths of Mélèzes undergrowth will lead you through small picturesque mountain villages.
From the bright colours of our meadows to the immensely blue sky, you will travel through the scents of our Flowers of Provence, the Arctic and the Caucasus.
Contemplation of the wildlife and a warm welcome from the inhabitants of Queyras await you. These inhabitants will tell you about their struggle to obtain the designation in 1977 of the Queyras National Park, in order to perpetuate the spirit of freedom of the vast natural landscapes of their territory, a guarantee of sustainable development between human beings and nature.
